Processing Time: 1-7 business days except during holiday seasons and increase in volume during special sales.

Once an order has been shipped by carrier Hide & Glow is no longer responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages (Please contact Carrier and provide tracking info). We are also not responsible for carrier errors that may arise during their route of shipping packages(you will have to contact the carrier and use tracking) We are also not responsible for any incorrect shipping info during placing of order; However, because we do care about our customers,  we will assist you however we can, or whichever solution is the best within our control.

We have no control over the shipping rates in our State, and they will be charged based on your location if not within Mississippi. Processing Time:1-7 business days.
